This hotel has a casino and when we booked it was not listed as such. We booked this hotel for our Los Angels spring break and I cannot begin to express our discontent and disappointment. Not what I was expecting from a 4.5 star hotel. Commerce isn’t the nicest part of town hence why this “4.5 star” hotel is cheap. But the shower head was so bad that the water went out on the floor. Shower had a half glass wall which was good. But if you called the hotel phone number listed on their website then they would answer. Front desk wouldn’t answer the phone after 9pm. They offered us a downgrade for the second night which we obviously didn’t take. They tried to fix the door but couldn’t and said they were sold out for the first night and couldn’t do anything. It was cracked and would get stuck when closing.
The sliding door on the bathroom was broken. We used a bath robe and they didn’t replace it. They didn’t take out the trash when cleaning crew came the second day. There was a chopped up onion on the floor when we got there. Room service didn’t do a good job cleaning. There was single ply toilet paper in the bathroom. Room wasn’t that fancy even tho we had an “executive” room.
